The Set Backup feature allows you to export all predefined sets, status sets, and permission groups from every space into a single JSON file.
This file can be used as a backup and later imported using EDM Migration → Data Migration to restore your configuration.
Create a Set Backup

Open Global Configuration

Navigate to Set Backup

Click Set Backup
-
Download the generated JSON file
Restore from a Backup

Open Global Configuration
-
Navigate to EDM Migration → Data Migration

Upload the previously exported JSON file

Start the import process
What is included
The backup contains:

All Predefined Sets from space and global
-
All Status Sets from space and global
-
All Permission Groups configured in the Permissions section from space and global
