Track the status of multiple projects in a central overview page.
Instead of manually updating overview tables, each project page stores its own status.
The overview page automatically collects and displays the current state of all projects.

A central overview page displays all projects and their current state automatically.
Setup
1. Create a status set

Open Easy Dropdown Menu → Global Configuration

Create a new status set called Project Status

Add options such as:

Planned
-
In Progress
-
Blocked
-
Done
-
2. Add the status to project pages

Edit a project page
-
Insert a Page Properties macro
-
Inside the Page Properties macro insert a EDM Status Macro

Select the set Project Status
-
Select an option and save the macro
-
Save the page
-
Add a label for the page
Repeat this for all project pages.
3. Create the overview page

Create a new page (e.g. Project Overview)
-
Insert a Page Property Report macro
-
Select the label used for your project pages
-
Publish the page
Best Practice
Give all project pages the same label (for example project) so the report can collect them automatically.
