Dropdown sets define the selectable options used inside Easy Dropdown Menu macros.
You create them once and reuse them across multiple pages or spaces.
You must be a Confluence Administrator or Space Administrator to create sets.
Where to Create the Set
Choose the location depending on where the set should be available:
Space only
Space Settings → Easy Dropdown Menu
All spaces (global)
Confluence Administration → Easy Dropdown Menu Configuration
Create a Text Set
Text sets contain simple selectable values (for example: priorities, categories, or names).
Steps:

Open the configuration page

In Predefined Sets, click +

Enter a name in Set Name

Add options using + Add Option

Enter the value for each option

Click Save
The set can now be used inside the Predefined Macro.
Create a Status Set
Status sets work like text sets but include color and style information.
They are typically used to display progress or approval states.
Steps:

Open the configuration page

In Status Sets, click +

Enter a name in Set Name

Add a status using + Add Status

Select:

Label
-
Color
-
Style
-
-
Click Save
The set can now be used inside the Status Macro.
