Create a Template
Go to any existing Confluence page or create a new page
Open the page edit mode
Add the content to this page, and add as many placeholder as you like to it.
Add as many sub pages as you like and reuse the placeholders on the sub pages or create new ones
Insert the Create Page Tree Macro or go to the three dots and choose Create Page Tree.
If you want to have some explanation or something similar on the template page you can wrap it into an exclude content macro, so that it will not show up on the new created page like this:;
