Overview

Use the Easy Document Signer (EDS) for the next step towards effective workflow strategies.  Install the app for access to the five new macros:

  • The EDS Button Macro - assign certain actions to your buttons;

  • The EDS History Macro - changes are tracked automatically;

  • The EDS Button State Macro - three signature display options are available to choose from;

  • The EDS Progress Tracker Macro - a graphical representation of the workflow that’s in progress; and

  • The EDS Version Macro - in conjunction with the History Macro, the version of the document is automatically updated no matter where the macro is placed on the document. 

Because of the changes by Atlassian to Cloud First and discontinued the Server, this app reached ‘End of Life’ this means this app will be not longer supported and will be not available for Data Center or Cloud.

EDS-Document

EDS-Document is a page hierarchy that belongs to the EDS Button Macro. The EDS-Document starts at the page where the EDS Button Macro is set and ends on the page at the bottom of the page hierarchy. It is possible to set buttons just on one page in the page hierarchy, this page is the root page and define the beginning of the document.

EDS-Rootpage

The EDS-Rootpage is the first page in the EDS-Document, on which are / is set all the EDS Button Macro(s).
