Use the Easy Variables for Confluence Plugin for creating and managing your variables globally or for each space. Install the app for access to the following features:
Use Marker
Silent Update
Variable History
Set global variables accessible for the whole Confluence instance or space variables accessible just for a specific space.
Set users as a specific variable value which will be displayed as a clickable user.
Both variables and replacement variable values are searchable and will be displayed consistently.
Because of the changes by Atlassian to Cloud First and discontinued the Server, this app will no longer get any updates for the Server. It will however be continued on Data Center.
